31st International Poster Competition: Call for Entries

The 31st International Poster Competition, organized by Chaumont as part of the 2025 Biennale Internationale de Design Graphique, is now accepting submissions!

This global competition welcomes graphic designers of all nationalities, whether self-employed or employed, who have created one or more posters—fixed or animated—between 2022 and 2024. To qualify, each project must originate from a commissioned order or have existed within a real-world context.

An international jury of renowned graphic design professionals will review the entries and announce the winners on Saturday, May 24, 2025.

From May 23 to October 19, 2025, a curated selection of 100 outstanding projects will be exhibited at Le Signe, Centre National du Graphisme, during the Biennale Internationale de Design Graphique in Chaumont. This exhibition offers a unique panorama of contemporary poster creation, celebrating the vitality and diversity of graphic design worldwide.

Posters serve as more than just artistic visuals; they convey powerful messages, inspire imagination, and reflect the aesthetic, artistic, and political commitments of the designers and organizations behind them. Each competition edition provides a rich snapshot of excellence in graphic design.

Since its inception in 1990, the Chaumont International Poster Competition has championed and preserved the art of poster design on a global scale. Winning entries become part of the Chaumont collection, ensuring their influence and dissemination worldwide.
