On November 16th, 2024, the [6 pt] Book Design Conference celebrates its 10th anniversary at the Vilnius Academy of Arts. This year’s theme, “Alchemy of a Book,” explores how design transforms a book from an object into an intellectual and visual experience. Six visionary speakers—including Sarah Boris, Demian Conrad, and Lars Harmsen of Slanted Magazine—will discuss the magic that happens at the intersection of creativity, craft, and innovation in book design.

As part of the Festival of Eastern European Design (FEED), the event will also feature an open book fair, multiple exhibitions, and a film screening, celebrating the craft and future of book design.
